Silverstone Jewelers was founded in December 2014 on the foundation of offering outstanding service to clients and community. Kalena (Kallie) Carver wanted to offer both unique quality and value in her product lines while focusing on the warm hospitality she has always been known for.

It has been her dream, since her first job at Bremer Jewelry in Bloomington, Illinois, to have her own store. She is a Gemological Institute of America graduate in colored gem stones, pearls, and diamonds as well as an accredited jewelry professional. Her expertise, warmth, and true passion for what she does sets the trend for her staff to assure time is taken to build relationships with guests so that their needs are anticipated and expectations are always exceeded!

In 2014, she married Charlie Carver, who was born and raised in Ann Arbor. So Michigan became her new home. Silverstone’s greeter and overseer, Tater, is a pug that belonged to Charlie until Kallie stole his heart (Tater’s and Charlie’s).

Her goals are to create a legacy of great customer service, truly listening to what her customers want, and offering jewelry that other jewelry stores don’t have. Her focus is on Michigan-made products and small jewelry lines that are hand-crafted rather than mass-produced.

Silverstone Jewelers offers one-of-a-kind, custom-designed jewelry, engagement and wedding rings, jewelry repair, several unique lines of fine and costume jewelry, business and bridal party gifts, children’s jewelry, estate and jewelry buying, and in-house jewelry appraisals. E-commerce is coming soon.
