We hold our company to the highest standard of quality, in both the services we offer and the products we sell. We hand select every item that comes into the store and foster close relationships with our vendors. We simply want you to love your purchase.

The same is true of our services. Our jeweler, truly a master goldsmith, handles jewelry repairs. Our watch repairman has received the distinction of Accredited Quartz Watch Technician by the National Horological Institute. We can restore an heirloom or install a watch battery… you’re in expert hands either way.

We are committed to excellence in our staff; each member of the Bristol & Bragg team has numerous professional accreditations, and we encourage everyone, from sales associates to owners, to pursue continued professional enrichment.
