Back in 1980, in order to help pay for college, a young lad named Steve Farr took a job with a jewelry store. Within a few short years Steve bought the store, and has been here ever since.
In 2012, Payne Anthony celebrated its 40th birthday in business, with Steve as owner for the last 29 years. The store prides itself in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, and showcases some of the most unique jewelry styles around. The best part?
